Charges and Terms & Conditions for Self-Driven Vehicle
1- Driving at a speed exceeding the maximum speed of 80 kmph. 1″ e.g. > 100 kmph Rs 2500 fine and 2″* e.g. 2500 Rs. in permitted speed limit of 100 kmph
2- In case of any damage to the tyre due to driving on bad terrain, misuse of tyre and continued driving after the tyre is punctured, the actual price of the tyre will be charged from the customer
3- Rs 1000 will be charged from the user in addition to the actual penalty imposed due to traffic violation.
Doing any unauthorised activity like carrying arms and ammunition or doing any commercial activity in a drunken state will attract a fine of Rs 5000.
5- Tampering with the device like GPS speed governor etc. Rs 5000 plus actual cost of repair will be charged from the user.
6- If the car is returned late beyond the stipulated time, a late fee of Rs 300 per hour in addition to the hourly rate (as per your bike type) will be charged. For every day you are not returning after the extended time period the penalty amount is Rs 500 per day.
7. Inform the extension of bike use beyond the stipulated time by calling at least 1 hour before the return time and car cleaning will be charged Rs 300 per hour in addition to the above rate, subject to availability.
8. Non-US bike will be charged a cleaning fee of Rs 100 for minor cleaning and Rs 200 for major cleaning as penalty.
9- If the original documents are not returned, a fine of Rs 5000 will be charged along with the actual charges incurred for re-documentation.
10- Security deposit under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be forfeited in addition to the actual damage cost.
11- Any intentional damage caused such as after an accident or driving in extreme conditions or in a hurry etc.
12- Carrying persons [including driver] more than the permissible number specified in the Motor Vehicles Act 1988 and rules made thereunder will attract a penalty of Rs 5000. The user will be held liable for any legal action arising out of these activities.
13- Carrying pets or animals of any kind will attract a penalty of Rs 1000.
14- Smoking on Vehicle 1000+ applicable damage to the interiors of the vehicle.
15- Carrying passengers or any goods for consideration or reward, whether expressed or implied.
16- Fuel We give the vehicle without fuel and fixing unlimited fuel if you are using our fuel then the amount will be debited as per fuel cost. If you have left extra fuel then no amount will be refunded and will be adjusted in other things like damage, time extension mission portion etc.
17- Damage repair charges will be debited as per estimated provision by authorized service center and maximum liability of customer is in 20000. No insurance claim will be taken under damages less than 20000.
18- Security amount will be refunded within 2 to 3 working days or resolution of the issue.
19- No amount will be adjusted and refunded if you want refund before your rental period ends. 20- Fix Schedule Charges: Minimum Scratch Charges 500, Side Mirror 1000, Running Board 1000, Number Plate 500, Tail Lamp 1500, 3000 Tyre Damage
